Continuous Integration build server requirements

Hi,

As the current setup of build.kde.org is running rather nicely but a few
issues[1] has been identified I'm asking for input on what features we would
like to have access to here. So that I (we?) can take this into consideration
when planing a possible redesign of the under laying parts.

Please update [2] what feature you would like, reason behind it if it isn't
clear and how important is is.
