Contributing translation

Hello,

I enhanced the German translation for gpsbabelfe_de (gpsbabel_de is
already perfect). I went through the process described on
http://www.gpsbabel.org/tips/translate.html
Unfortunately I didn't find a hint how to provide the translated files...
