I've just done a trial conversion from spamassassin 3.0.3 to 3.1.7 and the bayes return codes aren't being set. I should point out that this is a "new" machine, and its entirely possible that I missed moving something.

I installed the various CPAN pre-reqs, installed SpamAssassin, then moved my bayes databases and auto_whitelist to the new machine.

Can anyone make a suggestion as to the next step?
