Conversion problems

I frequently have problems converting from the default html format to pdf, Word and Excel.

Most recently I have run a report that looks fine in html.  When I try to print it in pdf, most of the report is fine with one or two instances of skipping a page, followed by double printing on the following page.  Any ideas?
