Converting ASP.NET 3.5 server application to Linux

Hello All,
 
I have some key questions.

1) Can I convert a server application project developed in ASP.NET 3.5 to Linux server application ?
2) I am using third party Telerik controls in my project will I have any problems?

It should work. Check out http://www.mono-project.com/Moma and run it on
all the assemblies in your 'bin' directory.

http://mono.telerik.com is actually running Mono ;-).
