Coprorate CLA for Apache

I'm working through the Apache IP clearance check list and one of the  
items is:

     Remind active committers that they are responsible for ensuring  
that a Corporate CLA is recorded if such is is required to authorize  
their contributions under their individual CLA.

So this email stands a the official reminder that some employers,  
employment contracts, contractor agreements, etc, require that the  
corporation agree to all contributions, and that agreement is  
recorded at apache using a Corporate CLA.
