Copy user customizations

Hello,

I have a group of users with priveliged rights on my portal.
For this group I have build a user "Master". As portal admin I have
managed the portal of the user "Master". This means, I have edit
the navigation and add some portlets on his portal.
This work was very time-killing!

Every other user of the group should see the same portal-configuration
when he initialy logs in. But I don't have the time and I can't be botherd to do this configuration stuff
for every user again.

So, I would like to know if it is possible to copy&paste the portal-configuration of
the "Master"-user for every other user? Where is this configuration saved for "Master"? Is there any file available?
