What about publication ?

Suppose 2 discovery services are available. We can publish to both ones, but then we'd need to somehow be able to unpublish from both, so we'd need to keep a map of DiscoveryService identity hash code to published ServiceEndpointDescription pairs, for every service endpoint we process.
