Restore support for resume-from (-rf flag)
------------------------------------------

                 Key: MNG-4425
                 URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MNG-4425
             Project: Maven 2
          Issue Type: Wish
          Components: Bootstrap & Build
    Affects Versions: 3.0-alpha-2
            Reporter: Oren Livne

For a multi-module project it is very convenient to run "mvn -rf <module/sub-module/.../desiredLeafModule>" at the root project level. It was supported in 2.2.1 but not in 3.0-SNAPSHOT. It would be nice to have it back.

Benjamin Bentmann closed MNG-4425.
----------------------------------

       Resolution: Fixed
    Fix Version/s: 3.0-alpha-3
         Assignee: Benjamin Bentmann

As far as I can tell from our IT for MNG-2576, this works with the [latest snapshot of Maven 3.0|https://grid.sonatype.org/ci/job/maven-3.0.x-bootstrap/jdk=1.5,label=ubuntu/ws/trunk/apache-maven/target/]. If not, please re-open and provide an example project with steps to reproduce and the details of the error.

Oren Livne commented on MNG-4425:
---------------------------------

Benjamin, you are correct. I was using a snapshot from TYCHO, but the one from Hudson works. Thank you.
