Creating Dynamic pages and url paths in Radiant using Ruby

Hi to all...

    Iam newbie to RoR and Radiant CMS....
I have installed Radiant and written static web pages for my
application...
Upto here it is fine... now am getting prob...
In my web application, have to create dynamic page and has to save in
the root pages directory and the url of saved pages should be send to
the administrator, administrator need to accept the page and show up in
the web site.

    Please any one suggest me ASAP...
