Customer login and possible orders

Dear Nathan,

I am still learning the system and I have a question regarding the customer orders. Could the customer login into the system and take an order for a product or service?

I am looking for a solution, where the customer is able to take orders like in a webshop.

Thank you,

IStván

This is possible, but has not been tested.
1.  Admin -> AR -> Site configuration, turn on 'Use Client User
Accounts'.  You may need SVN r3847 if the user account selection
doesn't show on the Edit Client Branch page.

2.  For each client [branch] you want to have access, create a user
account.  Sorry, no nice automation.

3.  Go to each client branch under AR, under Details tab set User
Account to the account you created.

About permissions - I recommend you keep all your clients in a group,
and give them access to what you want them to be able to do.
Clients are not allowed to see each other's information.

When testing, log in with a separate client account.  Don't assign
your own user account to a client branch.
