Hi,
how do I customize the font used by nautilus? Nautilus picks up the
default application font - but I want another font style for Nautilus
only and not all applications? Is there some file with style preferences
to edit?

in gconf-editor there is a key:
/apps/nautilus/preferences/desktop_font which might work for all of
nautilus.. i didn't test this!
This will change the way your desktop looks (font wise) if nautilus is
set to draw your desktop
