Customizing Send and Forward

Hello everyone,

I have two questions:
1) Is it possible to modify the behavior of the Send and Forward links from a plugin? If yes, what places in the source should I look into?
2) Also, is it possible to remove these links (again, through a plugin)?

Maybe, but it's very tricky.  Take a look at the Preview Pane plugin.
You may need a patch to do it - I don't remember.  The tactic it uses
to change/remove the links at the top of the message view screen is to
look at the output for the page header after it is built, then do some
string replacements on the links to change them.  This is assumptive
that the links/core does not change... and just generally not a great
way to accomplish this, but it works.  If you use version 1.5.x, you
may have better luck, since you can create your own skin that removes
the buttons/links or changes them as needed.
