This is related to bug #48082, the other way round. See attached FO file:
there's a conditional space that is discarded because it occurs just before the
page break. Yet it is somehow taken into account in the calculation of the
height of the part of the table that sits on the second page. The actual
content finishes earlier and the red background of the table shouldn't be
visible.
