Database locked

Before I start my question, please understand that I have been using Troopmaster/Packmaster since 1994, DotNet since maybe 2004.  I printed out the User Guide the day I started using Troopmaster ME.

I also try and search the Yahoo group postings before posting a question.  Right now that function is not working for the group as Yahoo is migrating to a new method for searching posts.

Now for my question -
For the first time since using Troopmaster, we now have a locked database.  Seems that someone was running a report and their computer hung.  After waiting a looong time for the report to finish, the user forced Troopmaster to quit and now the database is locked.

We just updated to the latest version 4.01d about 2 weeks ago.

Any advise on unlocking the database would be very appreciated.
