Datasheet help for SN250038DWR

I'm trying to track down information on a TI chip, circa 2000, part  
number: SN250038DWR. I contacted TI and they simply said it was  
obsolete and there was no information available. Octopart,  
Alldatasheet, and Datasheetarchive have failed to turn up a part. Here  
is a pic of the chip:

Any help in identification or specs would be greatly appreciated.
