Dazzling Inteview

[Tim Claremont]

I just interviewed a guy for a general development position. Pretty low level. Must know basic SQL statements, HTML would be nice. Must be able to create and maintain an Access database.

I was not expecting a higly experienced pro, but this guy thought that his "M Programming Lanugage" background could see him through any hurdle he might encounter.

I am not sure if I should admit this or not, but I haven't a clue what the "M Programming Language" is. Can someone fill me in?

Also, am I right to take points off an applicant's score because they seem to be oblivous to the fact that they reek of body odor bad enough to burn my nose? (No kidding)
