Technically, we are all volunteers, and have no obligation to write—as,
I understand, is the case with a stringer—but we are completely
unpaid. Anybody is welcome to contribute as a volunteer: All you need
is an account on the English Wikinews (to create articles; you can add
to existing articles without an account).
