DebCamp12 and DebConf12 ToDo

Hi there!

I will be at DebCamp12 for the whole week and at DebConf12 only at the
first days.  I put up on the Debian Wiki what I think should be done (or
what we still have to do), feel free to comment/edit/add/remove:
