Hi , have been using Debian for the pass few years with KDE3 and now KDE 4.

Understand that one can download the install CD with KDE (e.g. debian-503-kde-CD-1) from the mirror,
however, this install will install the entire KDE which comes with many apps that will overwhelm many (especially new) users.

I've been installations using netinst and adding kde-core/kde-minimal and other apps as the need arises,
which is a slightly cleaner/lighter way.

Wondering if there is any chance that besides the Debian KDE CD, there will be a Debian KDE-minimal CD.
Believe this will be very attractive to many KDE users.

and, THANKS for the good work.

Cheers
Cae

Squeeze KDE CD will install kde-standard. It is a lot smaller set of
applications which a typical user might want to have. No more kde-full bloat.
