Debian Maintainer declaration for Johann Felix Soden

Hi,

This is my declaration of intent to become a Debian Maintainer.

I have read the Social Contract, Debian Free Software Guidelines and
Debian Machine Usage Policy and agree with all of them.

Currently, I maintain the packages pdftk, pdfchain and vim-latexsuite.

My GnuPG key 0xFDCB09C4 is signed by the Debian Developer Michael Banck
(mbanck@...) and by Christoph Egger (christoph.egger@...) who
is in the NM queue.

I look forward to becoming a Debian Maintainer. Thanks for your

I sponsored two packages for Felix and he was both technically excellent and
easy to communicate with. Sponsoring him was a pleasure and as such I fully
support him to become a Debian Maintainer.
