So there is a surprise factor in it. (No hard feelings when another village/party tent is used.) (The word "ghetto" comes to my mind. *grmpf*) When to choose which side of that border, I go for 'D'. I have my Private Mobile Radio 446MHz ( PMR446, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PMR446 ) tuned to channel 8, subchannel 16. Although the shadow of the trees would be helpful n seeing what is displayed on laptop displays. Just moved from the outside into the reception building because the backlight of my EeePC isn't bright enough to compete with quite an amount of sunshine. ;-) So I would go for area "D" (like Debian :-) close to the campervan area and the area "W". I'm currently still on Texel on the campingsite. (With free WLAN restricting only port 25, MSN and bandwidth for making customers pay -- payed anyway because when I asked for WLAN they only told me about the pay option although I only need SSH. *grmpf*) Regards, Axel -- Axel Beckert - abe@..., abe@... - http://noone.org/abe/ -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-events-eu-REQUEST@... with a subject of "unsubscribe". tea+wine party at HAR to celebrate Debians 0x10th birthday (Re: Debian Village at HAR2009 (was: One week to HAR2009!)Hi,
In roughly 3h (14oo localtime) a group of Debian tea+wine and other lovers will gather at the Debian village^woutpost at [1 har2009.org] to celebrate the 0x10th birthday of the project! The outpost is located on the left rear of the OpenBSD tent - so if you're at HAR, join us and if you don't, make sure to be at the followup event in four years to celebrate Debians 20th then! regards, Holger P.S.: I doubt there will be any tasty cheese left, thats why tea+wine ;-) |
