Debian packaging work in progress

If you want to see the work in progress on Debian packaging (targetted
for sid only):

http://people.debian.org/~synrg/tuxpaint

This isn't ready for release yet, so I'm not incrementing version#s
here.  As a result, when I upload new versions (which you will only
know because the date/time changes) they won't upgrade from the
last one you tried without help (dpkg -i, apt-get install --reinstall,
etc.)

As usual, my family helps me test this stuff out.  So far, one bug in
my work was uncovered by one of my kids: I hadn't changed the
dependency on the plugins to require the new version, and since the
API version# changed with this release, the Magic button didn't do
anything. After tightening up the dependency, it all works as expected
now.

This has been uploaded today.  Coming soon to a Debian archive mirror
near you. :)  The uploaded version is identical to the one above, and I
never had to re-upload the people.debian.org version, so if you snagged
it already, there's no need to reinstall.

Thanks!

I'll try and get it in the new version of Ubuntu now - before the
feature freeze next week!
