Default WiFi thresholds changed

  Hi,

  Please note, that I have changed default energy detection and CCA thresholds
of yans WiFi PHY model. Relevant discussions can be found here:
http://www.nsnam.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=689 I'd like to

  Though all tests are ok now, this change can affect some of your wifi scripts
which don't change PHY defaults.

Accordingly, this kind of change should be documented in CHANGES.html
also (I just pushed an update).
