Default behaviour for 802.11n A-MSDU aggregation

Hi Mathieu,

i've noticed that default behaviour for 802.11n A-MSDU aggregation is
changed. Now aggregation is always performed. So i think that default
aggregators in QosWifiMacHelper::Default method should be removed.
It's not the correct behaviour.

Regards,

Mirko

I don' know what has changed, when, how, and who did it but if you
believe that the 802.11n defaults should be changed, I trust you
because, after all, you are the one who wrote the relevant code. As
usual, patch + review request + ack from nicola, pavel or me, but it
should be pretty straightforward.
