Delay in release of 1.4.18 i18n

Sorry all.
I've run into some things IRL that keeps me from releasing 1.4.18 (nothing bad, just time consuming). I'll try to have it out by the end of this week though. I hope this doesn't suck too much. Left to do before release is to add the updated Danish and Chinese (amongst other things). I does not suck at all ;-) I have been notified that after upgrade to 1.4.18 works Czech environment in UTF8, which is great, but help is still in ISO, which is bad. I do not recall me providing help in utf8 so question is: is it done automagically or should I ASAP prepare re-encoded help for you? HEAD was converted three weeks ago [1] and so was 1.4.18 [2]. Are you sure you pulled the latest versions from the repository?
