Just installed this and it will work fine.  Be certain that you have a
real backup of ALL of your addresses and other data before doing it.
Version 6 integrates the Hotsync and puts it within easy reach.  It
retains the DnD function and is supposed to work with Vista.  Works
fine for XP SP3.
Be very sure to completely remove Version 4 if you are upgrading on an
XP machine.  Things will go better with a clean install.

Version 6 is much faster and cleaner than versions 4 and 5.  I do
agree that one should completely remove the old version before
installing 6.  As to doing a backup-that should go without say and v.5
allows for this.
I am using v.6 on both the desktop and laptop machines and was able to
copy the backup from one to the other very nicely.  For those who want
to update their contact lists-this is a great time for it.
