Detecting stomp connected clients

Is there a way using JMX or whatever method, to detect connections to ActiveMQ via Stomp?  Is there a way to identify these connections (ie: with something like a session id)?  I am searching for a programmatic way to do this, and I just don't know where to really start looking.
