Developing WEKA time-series plug-in

Dear All,

I would like to develop a WEKA time-series plug-in, as a Master Project for the study Artificial Intelligence.
This plugin would add some extra preprocessing filters and an extra "test option" in the Classify screen.
And maybe also some extra visualisation options.

For example:
filter:   windowing, moving average, trend, fast Fourier transform.
"test option":   sliding window validation

Has there been other development by people who are not on the WEKA team?
Are there pre-set guidelines on how to do this?

The easiest for you would be to implement a new panel in the Explorer.
