Works on Macs, but on MSIE or Firefox on Windows, generated dialogs
"popunder" Flash video object.

See in action at http://myvnp.net

Tried solutions found here - i.e., wmode = transparent but that did
not seem to work.

For your info, it works find in Firefox3.5.6pre

It can be fixed by having your flash in a div on top of a iframe with
sufficient z-index.
