Dialog multiplicity...

i have a jpopup option item that instantiates a dialog(using dialogDescriptor & dialogDisplayer). the first time i use the option one dialog is created, but subsequent uses appear to be making multiple dialogs.



I am not retaining any references and im not looping. Whats goin on?
