Disabling jdbc provider in jhbuild

If there's no objection, I'll disable libgda' jdbc (java) provider in
jhbuild. It has an annoying crash-detector via the JDK which makes
debugging difficult. This is activated even if you don't use that
provider, just because libgda loads the library to be able to list the
providers.

I also noticed this build error today, though I thought I had a new
enough JDK:

+1! It really should be optional because it makes debugging absolutely
annoying and I guess most people will not depend on the java provider
(and distros package it seperately anyway.

A agree.

I know of this problem and as I haven't found a way of disabling that crash handler in the JVM, I'll have to figure out how to unload the JVM if not needed.
