Disabling minimize in windows managerI have to display an application on full screen but it should not minimize. In the forums earlier, it was suggested that i run the window manager but after disabling the minimize option. How do you rmove some of the options such as minimize, maximize close. I still want to use the windowmanager. Thanks, Prabhu _______________________________________________ Xfce mailing list Xfce@... http://foo-projects.org/mailman/listinfo/xfce http://www.xfce.org |

You can disable the minimize keyboard shortcut by disabling the "Hide window" shortcut in the keyboard tab in the same dialog. // Alexander _______________________________________________ Xfce mailing list Xfce@... http://foo-projects.org/mailman/listinfo/xfce http://www.xfce.org |

Doesn't that retain the option in the context menu of the title bar?

Re: Disabling minimize in windows managerHow do you disable right click in the desktop that takes you to create new folders settings. I would want the end user not to perform any actions. Prabhu On Wed, Jul 8, 2009 at 5:03 PM, Vincent <mailinglists@...> wrote:

Change the desktop settings to display no icons on the desktop, and the menu will disappear. ~David > On Wed, Jul 8, 2009 at 5:03 PM, Vincent <mailinglists@...> wrote: >> >> >> On Wed, Jul 8, 2009 at 11:01 PM, Alexander Toresson >> <alexander.toresson@...> wrote: >>> >>> On Wed, Jul 8, 2009 at 10:56 PM, Raghavendra Prabhu<rrprabhu@...> >>> wrote: >>> > How do you disable minimize option in the windows manager? >>> > I have to display an application on full screen but it should not >>> > minimize. >>> > In the forums earlier, it was suggested that i run the window manager >>> > but >>> > after disabling the minimize option.
