DiscID's -> release events

I have already asked this questions on the forums:

Are there any plans to relate DiscID's with 'release events' in NGS? This would help tag properly the re-mastered version of albums with the same track listing.

Also, in NGS, will it be possible to associate one release event with more than just one label? I have made my point for this here: http://forums.musicbrainz.org/viewtopic.php?pid=7528#p7528
