Disk sleep 的问题

大家好！

我发现svn update进程经常挂在disk sleep状态，很久无法恢复运行，qemu-arm模
拟器有时也是因此等半天，不知道哪位有经验，说说为什么，怎么改善呢？

我用的是联想T60，Debian Testing 版本，文件系统ext3，空间占用约90%。

也有可能是 disk 被 spin down 了，或者被置于了 standby 状态。
不知道你启用了 laptop-mode 没有，不要启用这个服务，另外在系统启动脚本
里加一句：

    hdparm -B 254 /dev/sda

这句话禁止磁盘 automatic spin down

Abstract:
        This study examined the incidence of neckwear tightness among a group
of 94 white-collar working men and the effect of a tight business-shirt collar
and tie on the visual performance of 22 male subjects.  Of the white-collar
men measured, 67% were found to be wearing neckwear that was tighter than
their neck circumference.  The visual discrimination of the 22 subjects was
evaluated using a critical flicker frequency (CFF) test.  Results of the CFF
test indicated that tight neckwear significantly decreased the visual
performance of the subjects and that visual performance did not improve
immediately when tight neckwear was removed.

一直没明白，他们说的spin down到底是啥意思
关闭电动机？

不知道你启用了 laptop-mode 没有，不要启用这个服务，另外在系统启动脚本
里加一句：

   hdparm -B 254 /dev/sda

这句话禁止磁盘 automatic spin down

估计是长时间没有操作电脑，为了省电关闭了硬盘。

硬盘的机械结构应该清楚吧，就是一个碟片绕着中轴狂转，笔记本操作系统为了
省电，会在没有硬盘操作一段时间之后，自动的将硬盘转速降低（或者不转），
这就是 spin down。

我没有启动laptop-mode，根本就没有装。 按照这个方法

hdparm -B 254 /dev/sda

也没有用，不知道是什么问题。 smartctl 结果：
