Display Documentation Next to Code Completion checkbox

I think this checkbox in the Editor tab is a no-op. It isn't even
documented in the help. Does it do anything?

I think it's brand new - and it works for me. (Instead of displaying  
the completion list above the caret, and the documentation window  
above, it places the documentation window to the right of the match  
list (I think that's the default in some other IDEs).

For some reason I didn't see this yesterday. Perhaps my IDE window was
in a bad place.
