Document status option of render method

Here's an update to the render documentation for the "status" argument:

I am having trouble with the mail plugin, the view for the body is being
resolved incorrectly (ver 0.7).  I downloaded the source in order to be
a good community member and fix it.  However, it works correctly with
the newest source as-is.  

I look at the plugin descriptor and the version is set to 0.8.  Did
someone forget to do a release-plugin?  Should I release it since this
version seems to work?  Do you know if it is in a broken state?

Sorry, I labeled this to Graeme because I remembered the mail plugin to
be his, but the site says it belongs to Marc Palmer.
