Does Mollom still work?

Every day I delete/ban posts w/ the same links and subjects.
Is mollom doing anything for us?
louis vuitton, replica watches, nike etc.

My process:
Copy "block spammer" link
Click "Report to Mollom" -> "Report as spam or unsolicited advertising"
Paste "block spammer" link in browser

Can we get a one step process? "Report to Mollom" && "block spammer"

We hit some Mollom limits a while back but it seems to be working fine right now.  I'll look into having "block spammer" report to Mollom as well.
