Does TextMate's HTML Tidy use .htmltidyrc?

It doesn't seem so with the trial version of 1.5.9 under Mac OS X 10.6.1.

What am I missing?

 From http://wiki.macromates.com/HowTo/CustomizeTidy:

   Set the HTML_TIDY environment variable to point at a
   configuration file and place your options in this file

I don’t think tidy reads the file you mention by default. TM uses the  
standard tidy.
