Doubt in creating .rws file

Hi
 i download the source of aspell-ta from here svn co svn://svn.debian.org/debian-in/aspell-ta/trunk
It has ta.cwl file, i add some words in that file, how to convert it as ta.rws file to check in my system. I'm using ubuntu 9.04 and testing in fedora 11 also.

First, you should be able to install aspell-ta using synaptic (or
whatever package manager you use).

If you are using / trying to cre4ate a dictionary of your own, you are
looking something else.

i installed aspell-ta in my system.i want to update the existing dictionary file ta.rws

If you want to add just a few words, better use the personal dictionary
(~/.aspell.ta.pws). When you spell-check a file containing those words,
option (a) will add that word to your personal dictionary.

Otherwise, changes in your global aspell-ta dictionary will be lost when
package is upgraded.

If you think those are valid words that are missing from the dictionary you
should also report that upstream or indirectly to the maintainer of
aspell-ta package (better through the Debian Bug Tracking system by means of
reportbug, in the reportbug package).
