Dovecot index files corruption on Sheevaplug SD-card

Hi,

Yesterday I discovered that the Dovecot index files get corrupted when  
having the maildir on an SD-card in Sheevaplug. This caused all sorts  
of problems in the mailserver. I solved it by moving the maildirs to  
an external USB-disk.

Are there any special filesystem issues to consider when using an  
SD-card? I use ext2 with the noatime option.
