Doxygen documentation for protocols plugins

Hi

I was just looking into development support pages for pidgin and found a request to generate doxygen documentation for protocol plugins, I happen to generate the initial version of them. Its generated for pidgin 2.6.2 Please let me know, what's needed to be changed :)
