I work as a volunteer at BAFTA, and came across a BAFTA webcast posted on their website. As a fan of Doctor Who myself, I found the interview with him pretty interesting. He also joins the writers of 'Life on Mars' (Ashley Pharoah), and 'Goodnight Sweetheart' (Maurice Gran) who also discusses the use of time travel in Television.

Steven also talks about the process and reasoning of bringing back Doctor Who, describing it as 'the best and toughest job in television'

Anyhow, check it out, it's worth a watch if you interested.
