-Agenda bashing
-Short overview of the overall WG process and of the chairs
-WG's scope
Including:
-Relation to the scope of the earlier "Distributed Services" working group,
whose scope is closest to ours.
-Relation to the scope of the other 4 current WGs, all of which have aspects
whose WG responsibility might overlap with g-serve.
-Reviewing the work done by the Distributed Services group
The primary documents are GDD-06-24 and the group's later summary slides.
The latter have more concrete recommendations, e.g. priorities.

All topics are discussion topics; we will not make a final determination
on anything that's controversial at this first meeting.
Unfortunately Jeff won't be able to make it to this first meeting
