Drag & Drop v11 problem

Have converted a 4d2004 app. to v11.
When drag&drop eg. a person record into an Included listforms in an  
input form, all went ok in 4d2004.

I have an invisible d&d button on top of the list that handles the D&D.

In v11 the following problem appears:
1. If the D&D button lies on top of the list:
        - Drop is ok
        - access to record or field is impossible. Cant mark the record.

2. Puts the list on top.
        - access to record ok.
        - cant drop?


Is there any new D&D solution for this in v11 or do anyone have a  
workaraound for this?
