Drawing a rectangle in flow layout

I was wondering if someone could provide an example of drawing a rectangle on the page that positions itself in the flow of the document.  So for example I have two paragraphs that have variable sized content added to the page using Document.Add.  I want a box that is 30*30 to appear below the first paragraph and above the second paragraph.
