DsPIC33 Programmer Needed, Phoenix Metro

Small project for local engineering company. You can write in C or
assembler. The project  specs are extremely clear and concise.
PIC chip is PIC33F64GP710 (100p TQFP). Prototype PCB has been hardware
verified. For someone who is familiar with the device, it is a weekend
project.
