Duplicate notification email

[jiveforums-ecm]

I am getting two emails per notification.

I have setup a subscription for modifications (only mods) at the workspace level.  I have assigned the subscription to a group.

When a file is updated (two sub folders in), a notification is sent twice to everyone in the group.

Ideas?

I have verified that there are no subscriptions at any other folder/sub folder/file.

I am using Nuxeo (5.2.x)

I'm not sure what you mean by "contribution provided".

I do see the updated file that I added via the drag & drop method.  When added, the file modification notification is sent twice.

I can't reproduce your problem, could you give me the exact step you followed. Here is what I have done.
- create a workspace "w" and subscribe both Administrator (the  user) and administrators (the group)
- create a folder "a" so it is w/a
- create 2 subfolders "x" and "y" (w/a/x and w/a/y)
- modify the name of "w" to "ww"
=> I get only one notification.

Here are the steps I perform to duplicate sending multiple modifiction emails:

1) create a new workspace (w)
2) subscribe Admin user and admin group to modifications for workspace
3) create folder (w/a) - no modification sent
4) create folder (w/b) - no modification sent
5) add file to folder (a) using drag and drop  - no modification sent
6) update file using drag and drop - modification sent twice
