Dutch translation of forwards

Hi folks,

I'm looking for a Dutch translation of forwards. I couldn't find one online, but maybe someone has on laying around?
If there is no translation, I would like to let some of our students translate forwards, but is there any way I can just get a text file with the strings, and then translate that? I have looked into ./translation.php but it all seems a bit complicated, and cannot find a way to get one file with all the English string to translate. Any pointers here would be greatly appreciated.
