I have been running EAC for years. In the last week, the following problem has occurred. When booting up, I received the following message:
Error: No Devices found
The software could not detect any devices. They may not be installed, pr not installed properly or not working due to failure of the Hardware. etc..
The Plextor screen gives this message:
The function is not available on this drive.
I have a Plextor CD-R Premium for audio & Plextor PX-760A DVD.
Roxio & Dell Media Experience Software works perfectly with both drives. If I try to bring up EAC after the system has booted up, I receive this message:
Unhandled Exception: X at 0000000 > Access Violation
I have reloaded EAC. Also reloaded the installation discs for both drives. I also reseeded the connections on both drives.
Any assistance would be gratly appreciated.
